Firstly, if you are looking to become a spin, yoga or aqua instructor, much of this post will apply to you, however, these posts were written by a LesMills and Group Exercise instructor. How much does a fitness instructor get paid? Fitness instructors are paid differently depending on gym brand, gym location and the type of class you are teaching. The rate of pay can be varied depending on the clubs location. What you will need 1 pack of bean sprouts 2 chicken breasts or chicken thighs Paprika Stir fry vegetables Coconut oil Soya sauce 1/4 cup of rice Method Preheat the oven to 180* In a saucepan, boil water and add the rice – boil for 10 minutes – once cooked – run cold water over rice until the rice itself is cold Place chicken, sprinkle paprika and cover in tin foil – place in oven – cook for 25 Add some coconut oil to a hot wok or frying pan- add bean sprouts and vegetables to pan and flash fry for 5 minutes Add your rice, cooked vegetables and bean sprouts into your meal prep containers – add a few splashes of soya sauce Once your chicken is cooked (not pink) shred and add to food containers This should keep for 4 days Heating Microwave for 2 minutes, stir and…

Prepare one lean steak, pan fry with a teaspoon of oil. Blue: 1 min each side Rare: 1½ mins per side Medium rare: 2 mins per side Medium: About 2¼ mins per side Well-done steak: Cook for about 4-5 mins each side, depending on thickness. Lay to rest for 5 minutes In a wok on a high heat, fry stir fry vegetables for 4-6 minutes Add soy sauce to taste Add vegetables to meal prep bowls and lay thin slices of steak on top. Option: add sesame seeds to taste
