Alongside the Personal Training Level 3 Nutrition qualification, I hold currently Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Diet and Nutrition.
In addition, I am a Senior Consultant for Herbalife, offering meal replacement shakes, protein shakes as well as help and support on all Herbalife products and assistance to new Herbalife coaches.
Weight loss if not easy, with misleading product information and everyone having their own opinion of what helps with weight loss, it is easy to get the wrong information and often gain more weight after your initial weight loss.
Weight loss is achieved two ways... diet and or exercise, ideally both.
There is no quick fix to weight loss and if it is, it always followed by weight gain, i advocate a change in eating habits and lifestyle for you to get the weight off and keep it off. I work with clients closely and with a combination of controlling calories introducing or upscaling regular fitness, together we can achieve your goals.
When we discuss your goals, we will plan your daily/weekly calories intake along with your exercise programme.
Tips to help you lose weight:
- Eat a high-protein breakfast
- Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice
- Drink water half an hour before meals
- Choose weight-loss friendly foods
- Eat soluble fibre
- Drink coffee or tea
- Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods
- Eat your food slowly
