I am looking for 10 people to undertake the next 21-day weight loss challenge.
The 21-day challenge is a meal replacement plan that encourages healthy eating with regular high protein snacks which has amazing proven results. Many of our previous clients have lost around a stone and keep it off with on-going support.
Starting 15th February, you will be provided with
• Meal replacement shakes
• Low-cal, high caffeine tea
• Measuring tape
• Shaker + scoop
• Throughout the 21-days challenge you will have daily contact with your trainer (me)
• Access to a private Facebook group with current and previous challenge users who all completed the challenge
• Food and meal ideas
• Daily workouts to fast track your weight loss
I am an experienced Personal Trainer and have studied Level 4 Diet and Nutrition Diploma, I normally offer this plan alongside to my personal training clients however due to lockdown I am extending the plan to new clients.
