Sliced steak with vegetable stir-fry

Prepare one lean steak, pan fry with a teaspoon of oil.

  • Blue: 1 min each side
  • Rare: 1½ mins per side
  • Medium rare: 2 mins per side
  • Medium: About 2¼ mins per side
  • Well-done steak: Cook for about 4-5 mins each side, depending on thickness.

Lay to rest for 5 minutes

In a wok on a high heat, fry stir fry vegetables for 4-6 minutes

Add soy sauce to taste

Add vegetables to meal prep bowls and lay thin slices of steak on top.

Option: add sesame seeds to taste
